UCC was established in 1974 and recently we have celebrated 40 years of catering and serving to the Bahraini market. When I look back at the decades of service under the UCC flagship I feel humbled at the progress we have made as a company. Today we produce over 5 million meals and serve approximately 2 million people per year.
Food is at the core of our market offering. Our team of specialist chefs make delicious and appealing meals that meet the diverse budgetary needs of any organization. Be it for hotel staff, a canteen, a management dining room for executives, a large-scale meal service for blue collar workers, Public Security Force personnel, UCC is up to the task; igniting your sense of taste.

Safeguarding food and enabling our workforce to maintain the highest international-level of food safety standards, UCC has comprehensively implemented the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) program.
UCC’s salient mechanisms include:

- Training our food service specialists in proper hand washing techniques and guaranteeing the use of disposable gloves as well as not allowing sick employees to handle food
